About the role

The Brighter Futures Program is a voluntary targeted program designed for families with children under 9 years old encountering problems that impact on their ability to care for their children. The program provides families with the necessary support and services to help prevent an escalation of the problems they are facing.

In this role, you will provide support and assistance to families through case management and complimentary services.  Working with families who are experiencing vulnerabilities, through a holistic approach, you will provide care, support and education.  A component of the program is to provide home visits!

You'll bring to the role a genuine commitment to providing excellent service and report writing and a clear understanding of Case Management.

About You

Ideal candidates will have experience family services, jobseekers services or case management positions but also demonstrable experience in working with vulnerable people. You will be required to keep up to date information on clients so strong administration and computer literacy skills are necessary for the role.
