Rise Network has an opportunity for a Program Manager to oversee all aspects of program operations within the Aged Care division. The Program Manager will be responsible for all aspects of staff management including coaching, training and performance management for the members of their team, as well as reporting on the operational outcomes of the programs. In conjunction with the Regional Managers, this role ensures services are designed and delivered in accordance with the service plans established with the people we support, our contractual requirements, and are consistent with the strategic directions for the division.
The role will initially be based in Wembley with travel required to our Warwick location and head office in Middle Swan. Mileage is payable.
To be eligible for this role, the following criteria must be met:
- A relevant tertiary qualification with related experience or, a minimum Certificate IV in Community Services and substantial relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement an operational plan and identify emerging needs
- High level and extensive experience in managing large teams of staff
- Well developed interpersonal, negotiation and organisation skills
- A proven history of leadership and ability to engage staff in delivering quality outcomes
- A proven capacity to make pragmatic decisions based on financial requirements
Please note that to be employed in this role, the following checks are mandatory:
- National Police Clearance (not more than 6 months old)
- Current C class drivers licence
