We are looking for a person who is passionate about Mental Health to join the Perth Hills Support Worker team. The successful candidate will be working with customers to live a fulfilling life in their own homes and community.

Duties include:

  • Providing reliable, timely and flexible services that best meet the needs of the individual and their family
  • Connecting customers to the local community including social supports
  • Problem solving issues with the person and/or their family, and the team


What we require:

  • Previous experience in providing Mental Health supports
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be available to respond to changing support times
  • Have daily access to a reliable vehicle and possess a current driver’s licence
  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts (morning and afternoon) throughout the week

In return, you will have access to some great benefits! A minimum hourly rate of $24.15 is on offer as is a travel allowance of 76 cents per kilometre between supports. Other benefits include the payment of travel time, the option of salary packaging up to $18,550 tax free, and accrued annual and personal leave.
