On behalf of our locally based client we are currently seeking experienced Casual Support Workers to join the staff pool for several exciting new programs in development.
There are multiple vacancies which require an immediate start & availability across a wide variety of shift days and times. You will work across a variety of areas including - Community engagement programs / capacity and lifestyle/ accommodation/ education.
Essentials:
• MUST have Current First Aid and CPR Qualifications (or willing to obtain)
• MUST have WWCC & Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• A service-oriented nature, with a strong desire to provide quality client service
• Flexibility and ability to be adaptive
• Highly professional and ability to act in a compassionate manner
Desirable
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Experience in the provision of personal care duties
• Certificate III in Home & Community Care, Aged Care, Disability Care or higher
