Position Purpose:
The National Employment Services Association (NESA) remote training co-ordinator will form part of our Sydney team of operations. The remote training co-ordinator will be central in the national delivery of our MHFA remote training project. The core function of this role will be focused on stakeholder engagement, working with remote providers and facilitating the delivery and access of MHFA training. This will be an incredible opportunity to support the closing the gap initiative providing invaluable training to both Indigenous workers and remote communities. The remote training co-ordinator will play an important role in enhancing NESA Service delivery across remote Australia.
The role is a short term contract that is five days a week working on one of the most important projects across remote Australia. The role is based in Sutherland and all engagement is completed from our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all key stakeholders including (Community Development Programmes (CDP) providers, Community Night Patrol (CNP, local school, local mental health providers and regional PM&C representatives
- Ensure all regions participate and complete workshops as contracted or identified by the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet
- Ensure all contractual documentation is completed and submitted within the required timeframe
- Ensure all processes are executed in the development and completion of local workshops
- Work with NESA core training team to ensure that all required documentation is completed, evaluation reports, certification records and attendance records
- Ensuring all project timeframes are adhered to
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Comply with all NESA Policies, procedures and processes
