Aligning needs with efficiency Plan International Australia is re framing its Fundraising Management Team, with a refreshed management tier. This is a wonderful and rare opportunity for adept and true fundraising leaders to be at the genesis of our new way forward.

All the new roles, which are at an increased management level to the current structure, will have regular contact with senior members of the organisation, including the Executive Team, the CEO and the Board Committee Members, as well as our amazing and talented employees. They will report directly to our highly regarded Director of Fundraising.

Each will have the responsibility of leading their own team and a portfolio of revenue generating and/or supporting functions aimed at achieving the overall annual and strategic objectives of the fundraising department.

Plan International Australia is now seeking the following:

The Head of Individual Giving who will have specific responsibility for a range of revenue generating portfolios centred on the Regular Giving portfolio and the single (cash) gifts program. These programs are of strategic importance to the organisation, generating in excess of $20,000,000 annually to which Plan International allocates considerable resources. The in house Face to Face team also sits with the area of responsibility of this position.

The Head of Relationship Fundraising who will have the specific responsibility for a range of revenue generating portfolios that includes; individual major gifts, Private ancillary funds, Trusts and Foundations, Gifts in Will (Bequests) and corporate partnerships amongst others.

Head of Donor Services will provide the strategic management and have responsibilities for two significant business units with the team; the Donor Contact Centre and the Donor Operations function, as well as the reception function.

The Head of Fundraising Services will manage the Service Delivery Hub which combines critical departmental and organisational functions into a single management unit. These functions include overall management of organisational constituent data, the organisational digital capacity and the creative hub, incorporating copy and creative development.
