The role:
Located in Bendigo within the Corporate Services Team, the position supports the Quality Manager to:
- Conduct reviews and develop key policies and procedures
- Develop and implement Amicus' internal audit schedule to ensure the ongoing program of continuous quality improvement
- Conduct reviews of incident reporting to identify key learnings and actions
- Prepare for external audits and maintaining ISO Standards
- Implement the Amicus complaints policy including investigation and compliance with legislative requirements
- Administer and maintain the GEMBA system to optimise organisational performance.
Skills & Experience:
- A tertiary qualification in quality management is preferable
- Experience in the design and implementation of quality systems
- Intermediate to high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and IT applications.
- An understanding of the framework for the delivery of service to people with a disability, frail and aged in Victoria
- Current Drivers Licence, Police Check and Working With Children's Checks are essential.
