Morcare Services has been established for 25 years and are a leading attendant care provider based in the outer east. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking expressions of interest from both Disability and Aged Care Support Workers who would like to work with a organization that values their clients.

We are looking to recruit a number of both male and female, reliable and punctual support workers to assist a number of clients based in Boronia, Bayswater, Lilydale, Croydon, Nunawading, Ringwood and surrounding suburbs.
Shifts can involve assisting clients with their activities of daily living: personal care assistance ie. showers/ dressing/ meal assistance/ medication assistance/ domestic assistance, community access assistance ie. transporting the client to appointments/ shopping center's; therapy support assistance, respite care and 24 hour support.
Shifts are available during weekdays and weekends, overnights sleepovers and 24 hour long shifts depending on your availability.
We are looking for you to be able to meet the following requirements:
- Full Drivers License is required
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Working with Children Check for Employment Purposes
- Able to work independently and make decisions within the scope of the role
- Reliable and punctual staff
- Maintain a mobile phone
