THE ORGANISATION

This well positioned Not for Profit organisation combines a commercial focus with strong industry backing to provide exceptional services to their clients located throughout Australia. With their head office based in Brisbane and a strategic growth plan in place, an opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced HR Coordinator has become available.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for supporting the Workforce Manager with the design and development of the full suite of processes relating to employee lifecycle management activities. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting change management activities associated with process redesign, and supporting the development and delivery of training programs for contractors and employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of employee lifecycle management processes
  • Liaise with stakeholder groups to ensure processes accommodate the current and future needs of the business.
  • Develop and deliver training in new platforms so as to maximize engagement with revised systems and procedures
  • Continuously monitor and review existing workforce management practices and stakeholder feedback to support the identification of continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Provide technical advice and direction to internal and external personnel

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, coupled with experience in a Senior Human Resources or Organisational Development role.
  • Experience in business analysis and process design as demonstrated by the ability to develop clear and logical business processes and lead their integration
  • Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills as demonstrated by the ability to establish and maintain rapport at all levels of business in a large multi-faceted organisation.
  • Well-developed knowledge of contract law, staff lifecycle management requirements and their application to contractor management.
