This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with the Each Aboriginal Health & Wellbeing Team, the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Community and the key local Aboriginal agencies such as MMIGP, BWHS, HICSA and others in addressing the health, social and emotional needs of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander consumers and communities.
This position will support the Aboriginal Health& Wellbeing Team with clinical leadership, supervision, professional development and the planning and evaluation of service deliverables. Working closely with Primary Care services and other mainstream service providers to enable the provision of optimal health and social outcomes that support independence and social empowerment of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander consumers and communities.
