We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful individual who would be keen to join our Service Access team. The Service Access Advisor is an integral member of the team and act as the first point of contact for individuals contacting EACH via the1300 00 EACH phone number, email and in person.

Gain a knowledge and understanding of EACH services and associated community programs to appropriately identify and manage customer needs and direct them to the relevant support service areas.
Your strong verbal and written communication skills along with knowledge of on-line systems administration would ensure a seamless service delivery to fully support and maintain relationships between customers and EACH.
