The community aged care sector is a great place to be working as a locum at the present time! There are varied, long and short term roles presenting on a weekly basis at McArthur that offer our staff the chance to really diversify their skills, share their knowledge of how different organisations work and network across a wide range of community services providers. If you can work 4-5 days per week for the next month, and can manage a caseload of clients based in the western suburbs of Melbourne we would love to speak with you about how we can help you to achieve your career goals. To work with McArthur you must have:

  • Relevant experience in case management of clients on home care packages
  • Qualifications in Nursing, allied health or social science
  • Able to commit to 4-5 days per week (Mon - Fri)
  • Strong knowledge of CDC and HCP legislation
  • Experience working with a care management software package

We offer above award pay rates, weekly pay, you will be working with a supportive and knowledgeable team of consultants with combined 60+ years of experience working alongside leading organisations as recruitment specialists in the Community Services sector.
