We are currently seeking to enhance our team with suitably qualified and experienced individuals to perform the role of Casual Support Worker in Northside Brisbane area, Centenary Suburbs Area, Carina and surrounds, Southside Brisbane area.
Skills required:
Can demonstrate the ability to provide innovative support across a range of situations.
Ability and willingness to complete administrative requirements and provide support where needed across all areas of a person's life including personal care, home maintenance, developing and maintaining relationships and community connections.
Previous experience in the provision of support to people with a disability will be viewed favourably.
A sound understanding of Positive Behaviour Support is highly desirable.
All successful candidates will be required to possess/obtain a Positive Notice Card – Yellow and Blue.
Staff are required to work flexible hours and may include some overnight and weekends.
