Summary of program and its objectives:

The Through School to Work transition area has a focus on developing programs that ensure that young people have the opportunity to engage in education, training and employment. Within each site, a strong collaborative working relationship and active communication between the roles is integral to the seamless delivery and support of the overall program. Further detail regarding program practice is included in the TTW Practice Guide, which all program staff members are expected to follow.
