Employment Consultant Specialist

Work with a friendly team of people and do something meaningful for the community. Your Employment Success (Y.E.S) is a division of SA Group Enterprises Inc.

This unique division provides Specialist Disability Employment Services for people who are Deaf, Hard of hearing and hearing impaired, to prepare for and gain valued successful employment in the community.

We are currently seeking a committed and results driven individual to join our team.

As an Employment Consultant you will be working with jobseekers to effectively obtain and maintain valued employment or education outcomes.

You will be creating opportunities for jobseekers by cold calling and reverse marketing to employers.

You will be developing business relationships and networking initiative

In order to be successful in the role, you need to have the following skills and qualities:

• A high level of interpersonal communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience in Employment Services highly regarded but not essential
• Positive and outgoing nature
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, competitive and a desire to excel
• Ability to communicate easily with a diverse range of people
• Ability to motivate and inspire our clients in achieving their individual employment goal
• Good computer and administration skills
• Current drivers licence      

This role will be based on 38hrs per week, however out of hours work may be required from time to time.
