Status has a 28 year history of providing outstanding Commonwealth and State Government employment and training programs to unemployed and disadvantaged people across the Adelaide region, and more recently in Western Australia and Victoria. We currently deliver successful training and case management programs to over 10,000 clients each week..

Due to this rapid expansion, Status is investing in a support role to ensure our success continues and we are pleased to be able offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Relationship Consultant. The role will be part of a dynamic, forward-looking, values-led team and be actively involved in marketing our Organisation to key stakeholders for our DES and Training Services business streams.  

You will join an established team of professionals, and although based from our Hindmarsh site this role will cover all service delivery sites in Adelaide. The role will play a vital part in the overall success of our Organisation and will work collaboratively with our management team and other key staff, to ensure all of our programs are fully subscribed and employment opportunities are sourced.

The role requires someone who is able to:

  • develop strategic alliances and long term relationships with key stakeholders, including employers and referring agencies
  • promote the Organisation’s training and employment programs
  • generate referrals that ensure outcomes for our programs and employment pathways for our clients
  • identify opportunities to meet local labour market and industry needs
  • understand our cohort of clients and the barriers they face 

 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate proven experience in delivering results that meet specific KPI's. You will be comfortable working within a fast paced environment that is people focused, and have a willingness to support and facilitate team outcomes.
