Secure this interesting role as an APS4 Partner Relationships Officer within a Federal Government Agency, based in Parramatta. The role is due to start in August and will run for an initial 6 month contract, with a view for extension.
As a Partner Relationships Officer, you will use your understanding of the principles of community inclusion and capacity building of individuals, families and communities to guide the focus and quality of the work of the Agency's Partners.
The Role:
The duties of the role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Liaise with Community Linkages Division and other internal stakeholders.
- Develop effective working relationships to drive performance and quality outcomes from Partners in the community.
- Monitor and report on Partner KPIs, review performance management reports and identify trends and concerns with Partner performance.
- Identify and actively notify the Senior Partner Relationships Officer of any issues and risks to implement corrective actions.
- Respond to complaints and quality assurance issues about Partners in the community.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have an understanding of the principles of community inclusion and capacity building of individuals, families and communities.
- Build trust and respect to work in partnership with Partners.
- Possess sound relationship management and engagement experience, strong negotiation and liaison skills and superior communications, organisational and contract management skills in a human service delivery context.
- Have previous experience supporting people with a disability to maximise participation in the community.
- Have similar experience within a Government role, considered highly advantageous.
- Relevant qualifications in human services, allied health or disability are desirable, but not essential.
