Southern Cross Care (Vic) joined Mercy Health in July 2017. Mercy Health is a Catholic organisation made up of more than 8,500 people who provide compassionate and holistic care through our hospitals, aged care homes, mental health programs, palliative and respite services, maternity and specialist women’s health services, early parenting services and home care services.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:
- A Certificate III in Home and Community Care, Aged Care or Individual Support
- Experience working in the Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Sector
- A demonstrated ability to be client focused, empathetic and flexible.
- A current Driver’s Licence and a registered vehicle
- A current First Aid Certificate
To be the successful candidate you must meet the position requirements as well as provide a current Police Record Check and consent to your name being checked against the Disability Worker Exclusion List. (VIC ONLY)
