Your Opportunity
As one of the largest providers of government-funded employment programs, we help people to overcome the barriers that might prevent them from finding - and keeping - work.
As a Disability Management Employment Advisor, you will coach and assist job seekers towards securing long term employment, within the local labour market.
- Conducting job seeker assessments to determine their barriers to employment
- Developing and record individualised Employment Plans for job seekers
- Job matching activities on behalf of job seekers to facilitate job placements
- A range of job seeker marketing and promotion activities to introduce them to employers
- Establishing a strong knowledge of the local employment market
- Identify suitable clients to meet local business needs
Position Requirements
- Experience in Disability Employment Services, Job Services Australia or case management is desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in disability, health, human resources or related field is advantageous
- Experience in working with vulnerable people/ and or people with disabilities
- A proven track record in achieving KPIs
- Experience in administration
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office packages and other operating systems
As part of our Employment screening process you will be required to undertake a National criminal history check.
