Your Opportunity

As one of the largest providers of government-funded employment programs, we help people to overcome the barriers that might prevent them from finding - and keeping - work.

As a Disability Management Employment Advisor, you will coach and assist job seekers towards securing long term employment, within the local labour market. 

• Conducting job seeker assessments to determine their barriers to employment
• Developing and record individualised Employment Plans for job seekers
• Job matching activities on behalf of job seekers to facilitate job placements
• A range of job seeker marketing and promotion activities to introduce them to employers
• Establishing a strong knowledge of the local employment market
• Identify suitable clients to meet local business needs

Position Requirements

• Experience in Disability Employment Services, Job Services Australia or case management is desirable
• Tertiary qualifications in disability, health, human resources or related field is advantageous
• Experience in working with vulnerable people/ and or people with disabilities
• A proven track record in achieving KPIs
• Experience in administration
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office packages and other operating systems

As part of our Employment screening process you will be required to undertake a National criminal history check. In addition, there is a requirement to possess a current Working with Children check or apply if you do not already hold one.
