About the Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Residential Youth Workers to join our Out of Home Care team. Working on a 24 hour shift roster, you will provide culturally appropriate and high quality direct care, support and supervision to children and young people in the care of Territory Families. Working in a homelike environment, you will assist young people to reengage in education and employment pathways and create opportunities for their meaningful participation in their community.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess an Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
