Our Support Workers deliver exceptional customer service by empowering individual customer choice to positively contribute to our customer's health and well-being, and enable ongoing active community participation.
The support worker role is responsible for assisting in daily operational tasks at the Paddington Centre, including, but not limited to;

• transporting customers to and from day respite centre
• social support and personal care
• assisting OT in all centre based activities including room set up and clean up
• support aged care team with administration tasks including exceptional telephone manner, handling of monies, updating databases and following WHS guidelines

We need someone who:

• Has a cert III in Aged Care or equivalent MUST have covered subject relating to personal care, and DESIRABLE to have completed the subject 'Assist with Medication'
• Demonstrates effective written, verbal and computer communication skills with proven customer service orientation
• Has a current Drivers Licence, National Police Check and/or Yellow Card
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively time manage
• Has current First Aid and CPR certificate
