My client is seeking an Office Manager on a permanent basis who has previous not for profit experience and exposure to change management.

Description
As the successful candidate you will be required to have high attention to detail, exceptional time management skills, as well as:
- Develop and monitor programs for consumer needs and regularly review programs.
- Complete reports as required for external stakeholders and management
- Coordinate the recruitment, selection and development of staff & conduct job specific inductions
- Monitor, review and manage staff performance
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, highlight gaps and generate solutions
- Manage three administrators and the small customer service team
Profile
As the successful candidate you will be someone who has:
- Change management experience
- Works autonomously and as a team player
- Takes accountability
- Has sound communication and personable skills
- Shows initiative
Must have:
- Current National Police Check
- Current C class driver's license
