Do you have:
- Knowledge and experience in disability case management with strong report writing, assessment and planning skills?
- Experience working with clients who have complex and multiple support needs?
- Experience and /or an interest in the criminal justice system?
The role of disability justice coordinator is to provide a coordinated response, in accordance with relevant legislation and departmental practice guidelines, to people with a disability involved in the criminal justice system with the aim of reducing the likelihood of the person reoffending.
