The Job
- Achieve KPI's linked to ensuring jobseekers remain in sustainable employment
- Supporting employers by making available appropriate resources to ensure job seekers remain in employment
- Supporting jobseekers through identifying intervention solutions, mentoring and coaching alongside the job seeker's dedicated employment consultant to ensure sustainable employment
- Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures
The Right Person
- Excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills
- Proactive approach to achieving targets and working to compliance standards
- Strong communication skills and able to deal with a diverse range of people
- Ambitious, passionate and results driven
- Demonstrated experience remaining calm and responsive under pressure
