About the role
As a Support Worker with Breakaway Toowoomba, your role will see you delivering quality supports to our participants and their families to assist them in achieving their goals.
The supports you deliver will enrich the lives of our participants and their families with low, moderate, high and complex care needs. Breakaway provide you with flexibility and we will work with your preference and availability to assist you in maintaining a healthy work life balance and access to our salary benefits program.
Skills and experience
Breakaway Toowoomba Inc. currently require support workers of all experience levels to support our participants. This may be within one of our respite guest homes, our supported accommodation homes, in the community, through centre based activities or in our participants homes.
