Premier Youthworks (PYW) is a social enterprise with a passion for supporting and inspiring children and young people to live their best life. Our primary service provision is Therapeutic Residential Care and we currently operate services throughout the ACT and NSW.
We genuinely place the best interests of children and young people at the centre of everything we do and currently care for approximately 90 children and employ over 300 highly experienced and talented professionals across the region.
Providing high quality Therapeutic Residential Care, the Premier Youthworks team has a deep understanding of the complex needs, arising from childhood abuse and neglect, and deliver trauma informed services. It’s their care, compassion and dedication that is contributing to positive outcomes for the young people in which we support.
We are currently expanding our teams and are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals that genuinely want to make a positive impact to Young People in our Care.
You will be an enthusiastic and understanding role model who engages in positive activities with our children and young people including: behavioural support, educational assistance and the development of independent living skills. Applicants with experience in sign language or qualifications and experience working with clients with disabilities will also be well-regarded.
PYW can offer you

How do I join the PYW team?
Our strong supportive structure delivers quality services to the young people in our care and as such we require you to establish:
- Relevant qualifications in the Community Services industry
- Working with Children Check (for paid employment)
- current First Aid certificate (HLTAID003 or equivalent)
- current Driver's Licence
- current National Australian Federal Police (AFP) Check
