Berry Street’s Intensive Case Management Services team in the Hume region provides intensive support to young people most at-risk in our community.

We are seeking a full time Case Manager to join our team. The Case Manager will be responsible for the overall case management of children and young people who are generally on statutory protective orders. The role will assist children, young people and their families to gain stability in their personal circumstances and living situation. The Case Manager will also promote the maintenance of the child and/or young person within their family, extended family and other support networks as appropriate.

To be successful in this role you will have strong communication skills with experience liasing with multiple services. You will have experience working with children and young people who are on statutory protective and youth justice orders as well as a solid understanding of the key issues facing our client group. A tertiary qualification in social work, youth work or related field is required in this position.
