About the role
Anglicare’s first Inside Out Community Development is looking for an Operations Manager who will ensure the non-clinical operations of the facility are managed effectively. 

Reporting to the Village Manager, you will be responsible in ensuring that the operational resources, processes and systems are in place that guarantee an efficient and effective home for our valued residents.

Key responsibilities:

  • Effectively and efficiently manage all food services, cleaning and waste management;
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff and contractors;
  • Manage all staff including rostering, recruitment, performance, training and development;
  • Tend to all administrative and purchasing requirements of the facility, ensuring all expenses are controlled and within budget
  • Ensure all services comply with Anglicare accreditation;
  • Support our residents’ physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs.

Skills, Knowledge and experience needed

  • Management/senior supervisory experience in the aged care industry.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative & records management experience.
  • A high level of business acumen including strong financial management experience.
  • A commitment to the Christian beliefs, values and ethos of Anglicare.
