Bravehearts is a non-profit organisation with a Mission to stop child sexual assault.
Bravehearts has secured a significant engagement to provide a holistic preventative education program to a client with numerous locations in New Zealand. This engagement involves delivery of Bravehearts' secondary schools program and community information sessions to 16 metropolitan, regional and remote locations across the country.
In this role you will work with a Bravehearts trainer to co-facilitate workshops and presentations. On the job training and support will be provided.
Candidates must be available and able to travel to New Zealand between August and October 2018, which will include weekend work. All travel expenses will be paid.
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- Qualifications in Psychology/Counselling/Social Work/Education/ Youth Work.
- Experience facilitating large groups of students and public speaking to large audiences.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills.
- High calibre organisational and planning skills.
- Candidates must possess a current drivers licence, passport and willingness to travel (regular overnight trips, flights and road travel will be a requirement of this role).
- Understanding or exposure to the New Zealand education sector is highly desirable.
