Newly created role working in a highly regarded not for profit organisation focused on providing specific health support services to people in need.
Working in a team environment you will be responsible for transitioning the program from a third party provider and setting up the program in accordance with required standards. This national program , requires the support of an empathetic and organised individual.
Key responsibilities include:
Transitioning of the scheme from the prior service provider
Overseeing all aspect so the program
Co-ordinating staffing resources, ensuring patients and recipients receive the required treatments
Managing all compliance issues
Organising travel and accommodation for Nursing providers
Updating the database
Ensuring that all compliance issues are achieved
Liaise with potential participants , informing them of the program and assess their applications
Distribution of brochures and information packs to new applicants
Develop presentation and educational materials
Organising educational meetings and events
Evaluate the progress of the scheme and performance of operational staff
Provide information and training to staff ensuring they understand what they are to deliver
Ensure a safe working environment
To be successful in this role you require the following skills and attributes
Experience gained working within health services or understanding of patient support services
Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
Proven project management skills
Relevant qualifications, Business or Health Services
Drivers licences
