We are receiving bookings from a variety of Service Providers needing the assistance of experienced mental health workers to cover NDIS services in the Sydney area. On the Partners in Recovery Program, clients need assistance with a range of duties ranging from the provision of low-level personal care, light domestic duties, social support and transportation.

We strive to provide a high quality service to our providers and clients and so we seek care workers that possess more than just the practical skills for the job. Not only must our staff possess the appropriate skills to be able to efficiently perform their duties, they must also have the right values, personality and commitment to ensure the needs of their clients are consistently being met. 

Our minimum expectations are: 

  • 6 months recent mental health experience in a relevant, local work environment (e.g. in-home care, nursing or group home, hospital, etc)
  • Current work rights in Australia
  • 2 employment or study related references
  • Your own transport with current NSW driver licence and insurance
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Certificate III or above (Aged Care, Home & Community Care or Disability) or currently studying nursing
  • Current Manual Handling & First Aid Certificates
  • Current National Criminal History Record and Working with Children Checks
