We are searching for Relief and Part Time Support Workers to work closely with men and women who can display complex behaviours of concern (challenging behaviour).
The people in these homes have varying needs and require support in different areas that may include but not limited to; personal care, supporting to appointments, domestic duties and other social or work activities.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in supporting people with Complex Behaviours
- Experience in following Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- You must have flexible availability to fit in with our current rosters (including morning, afternoon, weekend, night, split and/or short shifts)A Full Australian Drivers Licence (non-probationary)
- Full work rights in Australia or at least 12 months validity on your VISA
- A National Police Clearance less than three months old clear from any convictions or willing to obtain
- A Current First Aid Certificate including CPR or willing to obtain
- A Valid Working With Children Check or willing to obtain
