The Directors of StellarCare, through first hand experiences and their own personal journeys, have an exclusive and unique insight into the requirements and desires of clients and their families. We aim to offer a personal touch to the care we provide and take pride in exceeding the expectations of those who receive our services.

About You

We are currently looking for dedicated, motivated and passionate people to join our agency who will help us to continue to achieve our mission and positively represent StellarCare in the wider community. In turn, we will provide an environment where you will feel nurtured, supported and part of a cohesive team. There are several casual positions available, paid in accordance with the relevant award.

Essential Criteria

• Dedication and reliability
• Well-developed organisational and communication skills (written & spoken)
• Capacity to adapt to a variety of situations and work as part of a motivated team
• Must be able to work within the relevant Client guidelines
• Adhere to legislation and StellarCare's Policies and Procedures
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Police Check (obtained within the last 12 months)
• Have a friendly, positive attitude to work and life

Desirable Skills and Abilities

• Previous experience as a support worker
• Experience dealing with Complex Care requirements
• Manual Handling
• Food Handling
• Infection Control
• Relevant certificate/s in the field
