There is an exciting opportunity available for a Placement Specialist with NORTEC across the Wivenhoe region. The offices that you will be covering are Ipswich, Boonah, Fernvale, Laidley and Toogoolawah. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Achieve individual and team performance targets through the engagement and support of candidates to place them into work.
- Undertake sales, marketing and candidate development activities to generate and fill employment opportunities.
- Meet employer workforce requirements by identifying and referring suitable candidates, and assisting and monitoring candidates through an end to end recruitment process.
