The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced, friendly, energetic individuals who are looking for a rewarding role as a Residential Support Worker, and are dedicated to providing exceptional support and service to our clients.
The sites are shared support accommodation services supporting adults who are living with acquired brain injuries. You would be working in small scale environments providing support to our clients with some personal care requirements, meal preparations and light domestic duties. All clients are supported with accessing the community on a regular basis.
We are seeking candidates to work as part of an established team so some consideration can be given to candidates who may not have vast sector experience. The candidates will be required to work a mix of shifts including morning, evening, sleepovers and weekends. There will also be opportunities to pick up additional shifts during times of staff leave.
Shifts Available
We currently have vacancies across two shared support accommodation services:
Beaumaris
Week 1
- Monday 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Wednesday 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Thursday 5:00pm – 11:00pm (shift at commencement of sleepover)
- Friday 7:00am – 9:00am (shift at end of sleepover period)
- Saturday 8.30am - 5:00 pm
Week 2
- Monday 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Tuesday 5:00pm -10:00pm
- Wednesday 7.30am - 2:00pm
- Saturday 5:00 pm – 10:00pm

Skills & Experience
- Experience in the provision of personal care duties
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
- A service-oriented nature, with a strong desire to provide quality client service
- Flexibility and ability to be adaptive
- Highly professional and ability to act in a compassionate, non-judgmental manner
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Home & Community Care, Aged Care, Disability Care or higher
- Current First Aid and CPR Qualifications
- National Police Check (within 12 months)
- Working with Children Check
- Current drivers license (preferred).
- All successful appicants will be required to participate in DHHS DWES screening
