OneCare currently have part-time opportunities for skilled, hard-working and enthusiastic Extended Care Assistants to join our team and enhance the lives of our residents at our supportive and community-focused facility, Rubicon Grove.
As an Extended Care Assistant, you will have an opportunity to; provide quality and person-centred care to our residents, adhere to an individual’s care plan and their individual needs, maintain accurate documentation to ensure issues are reported and bring back the “Care” in Extended Care Assistant.
