About the role

Given you will be in a newly created role, you will be given a golden opportunity to have input and initiative the way forward. You’ll be adding significant value to the by;

• Responding to inbound phone calls and emails from potential students
• Consulting and providing tailored advice around best training solutions
• Approach every enquiry with the upmost care
• Progressing payments and deposits
• Documenting and ensuring follow ups
  
  

Selection Criteria 

We are quite flexible to what background and industry you’re from. However, to be successful for this incredible opportunity, you must have the following;

• Strong level of compassion and empathy
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident selling through features and benefits
• Excellent IT & Computer skills are highly desirable
• Positive disposition and energetic personality
• Committed to process improvement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
