The Australian College of Business Intelligence (ACBI), located at Haymarket is urgently seeking a suitably qualified contractor who can provide enthusiastic and engaging VET training and assessing in the qualification(s) as stated below.
- 10118NAT - Diploma of Social Media Marketing
The contractor must hold an ABN and satisfy the following criteria:
- Have a TAE40110 or TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (with LLN).
- Have relevant (equal or higher) qualifications in the field of subjects to be taught.
- 3 + years industry experience to deliver the Diploma of Social Media Marketing within the online &/or classroom space.
- Social media industry engagement to stay current & ensure the program remains up to date with industry trends
- Have met all of the Standards for RTOs 2015 requirements to be a trainer and assessor (Standard 1.13).
- Have experience in training and assessing international students (preferable).
As trainer, your responsibilities will be to endeavor to promote and facilitate -
- Imparting of knowledge, skills and the right attitude required for students to achieve competency within their selected industry grouping.
- Work within the framework of the course supplied for which they are contracted.
- Deliver all training under the ACBI policies and procedures
- Develop/managing content, mark assessments within Moodle.
- Including lesson plans, additional course resources, grades and attendance.
- Work an agreed hours of face to face teaching per week (i.e. 15-20 hours)
- Attend (a) Professional Development meetings; (b) pre and post validation meetings; (c) Course Advisory Committee meetings, all as required.
- You are to maintain a Trainer Matrix, PD Log, and memberships, as required.
- Must demonstrate excellence in service delivery as well as professional and ethical practice at all times.
