Rise & Shine Kindergarten Summer Hill is a brand-new service that opened in January 2018. This impressive purpose-built centre consists of light filled spacious rooms ready for creativity and play! Comprising of three Nursery rooms, one Toddler room and two Preschool rooms, plus a separate dining room and art studio, our facilities are truly amazing, and reflect our philosophy of the environment being the 3rd teacher.
Our unique Shine Advantage Curriculum sets us apart from the rest, where five elements have been carefully crafted to promote a holistic approach to learning; Smart Start, Inspired, Unite, Fit & Crew.
As our numbers are increasing we are seeking fun and passionate Certificate III qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team in caring and educating our children. We have permanent part time positions ( with potential to extend to full-time in future) and full time positions available as our numbers are growing significantly.
The ideal candidate for the role will:
- Have previous experience in an Early Childhood setting, preferably with 0-2 age group.
- Hold a Certificate III in Children's Services (qualification approved by ACECQA)
- Hold a current first aid certificate, & have or be willing to obtain asthma & anaphylaxis training
- Have a current working with children check number
They will also be:
- Fun, nurturing & passionate about Early Childhood Education
-Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and NQF principles
- Reliable, responsible & show initiative in the workplace
- A great communicator & works well in a team
- Someone who has great ideas to contribute to our programs
