We are seeking a new member of the METS team to deliver the following qualifications to a diverse audience, within the Sydney Metropolitan area:

CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability

CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support

Our qualified and experienced trainers understand the needs and demands of the sector, delivering quality training through innovative and creative approaches to uphold the integrity of the qualification and allow our students and employers to develop to their full potential.
The Role
This is a permanent role delivering quality face-to-face classroom and work-based training and assessment across the Sydney Metropolitan area, although applicants must be willing to travel if required. However, Contractors are also encouraged to express their interest!
The successful applicant will need relevant qualifications and current industry experience.
Essential Requirements
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment + TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills & TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools, OR
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Disability and Individual Support Trainer and Assessor: - Hold CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability AND CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent
- Current/recent experience and/or employment working in the disability field
- Working knowledge of the VET Quality Framework, including the Standards for RTOs 2015
- Administration and organisational skills
- Own vehicle and valid driver's licence, and willingness to travel
