Are you looking to join a community of bold, creative individuals in a stunning architecturally designed boutique child care centre?
Bambini Early Learning are eager for dedicated individuals to join the team here at our Newtown centre.
We are on the hunt for the following people to begin their journey alongside the Bambini children aged from 3 months to school age:
- A full time educator (12 month maternity leave cover, with possibility of extension)
- A part time co-educator (3 days per week)
- Casual educators for consistent work

Your role as a Bambini educator
- You will mentor, inspire and collaborate with the children to explore their individual learning journey interests and explorations.
- You will be able to build on these interests and create engaging projects with the children to empower them to thrive in their learning environments and build off their explorations.
- Your supportive nature will allow you to work in partnership with the families to ensure each child’s needs are being met so both child and parents are secure and comfortable in the environment.
- You will use the Reggio Emilia philosophy and Early Years Learning Framework to guide your documentation, planning and approach to educating the children in your care.
- You will understand the importance of the environment as the third educator and therefore build open ended, challenging, enthralling experiences using an abundance of recycled, raw materials and resources.
What you bring to the role
- Minimum Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services
- Current Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
- Current Working With Children’s Check
- You will bring with you previous experience in early childhood and be able to work as a team player.
