Kool Kids Training College (Provider 40636) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operating in throughout Queensland and NSW. We specialise in the delivery of CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. We strive to deliver excellence in our curriculum, foster a 'WOW' culture for our students and have ambitions to be a market leader by our commitment to innovation and exceeding best standards in the sector.
As a result of recent growth we are now looking to attract into the college a trainer with outstanding training credentials and a commitment and passion for the Early Childhood Education and Care sector. The role will be to deliver centre based training in the Mount Isa region. You will have total management of the student learning experience and mentor students with on the job assessment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will deliver Certificate III and Diploma related training for students across the City and regional centres such as Cloncurry. This will require 'above the call of duty' support and a focus on continual improvement whilst aiming to exceed student expectations at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver to trainees and apprentices CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care training and assessment local early learning centres
- Be a mentor for the students, including conducting study groups and be available for one on one consultations with students
- Complete all necessary documentation in relation to assessments and training in accordance with Kool Kids Training College Policies and the ASQA standards
- Workplace assessment is across Mount Isa

- Be known for excellence in training and have an established network of Directors within ELC's in Mount Isa
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40110)
- Children's Services Qualifications
