THE ROLE
This is a wonderful opportunity to take the reins at an already high performing centre, and continue the great care currently being provided. The staff within this program are highly knowledgeable and have great relationships, meaning you will have strong support from experienced staff within your program. You will have use of a great OSHC space and facilities, ensuring you are able to bring activities to life, as you nurture and extend on children’s interests through delivering amazing cooking activities, blowing off steam through outdoor play or maybe constructing the next Eiffel tower with straws or cardboard!
This role will suit someone who is capable of continuing the strong relationships we have in place through excellent communication skills, as well as someone who has experience managing challenging behaviours.
You will be paid competitive rates – between $24-$26 per hour on a permanent contract dependent on qualifications and experience.

YOU WILL NEED:
- Studying towards or completed Diploma level childcare related qualification
- Employee Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current and valid First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates or willing to obtain
- Availability Monday to Friday for shifts from 7:00am-9:00am and 3:00pm – 6:15pm (26.25 hours per week + administration)
