The Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology is seeking expressions of interest for Casual Academics to assist in the delivery of subjects.

Note: Successful candidates must have the Right to Work in Australia.

Essential criteria:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent qualification relevant to the subject you are considering teaching)
2. Experience in tertiary teaching and/or industry experience
3. Demonstrated performance in innovative approaches to teaching OR familiarity with blended learning practices, including on-line content delivery and 'flipped' classroom methods
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively and foster harmonious workplace relations.

Remuneration:

Hours will vary according to timetable and number of students.

Casual academic staff are those who are engaged and paid by the hour for activities as defined in Schedule 4 of the UTS Academic Staff Agreement 2014.
