The company is a well-established industry leader and RTO, that is national accredited in providing quality education across a wide-range of programs and courses. They hold a reputable brand for supporting industry development from the association of external stakeholders and students that have undergone training with them.
Their desire is to strengthen the industry by producing quality education and training from their qualified Trainers/ Assessors in all aspects of each course that is delivered. Having a vision of integrity within the operations of their business, they are set for opportunity and growth and are now seeking to employ an accomplished and experience Training Manager.
The minimum criteria for the position is that you must hold a Certificate IV TAE qualification, along with a recognition of success from within a former Registered Training Organisation as an established and experienced Training Manager.
The Role...
Reporting to the State Manager with your precision to plan, you will be adept in maintaining the National Education policies and standards, where you will be provided the opportunity to participate in course validation and contribute to course material and design.
Having the responsibility to successfully build relationships with Trainer/ Assessors in the Organisation and in the oversight of each trainer, you will be assisting trainers to maximise the aptitude of their training capabilities so they can complete the required suitability pertaining to the expectant course validation and program criteria.
Part of the responsibilities will see you involved in the company audits, while producing documentation and relevant information to ensure compliance is met. This process will be contained under the directive of the State Manager.
Overall, the focal point of the position, will be to teach your trainers on appropriate measures to take in developing a stimulating and exciting learning environment for all the students. Through your guidance and effective demonstration of various styles and techniques you will empower, improve and sharpen your trainers capacity to produce overall positive outcomes for students to learn.
I addition to this, you will be assisting the State Manager with strategic marketing and development plans for the business, as well as budget forecasting and determining cost improvements.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have...
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110)
- Minimum current 2 years of Training/ Assessment and Management experience with an RTO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition
- An attitude to excel and produce effective and on-going substantial results.
