Kool Kids Training College (Provider No 40636) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We specialise in the delivery of CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. We strive to deliver excellence in our curriculum, foster a 'WOW' culture for our students and have ambitions to be a market leader by our commitment to innovation and exceeding industry best standards.
As a result of amazing growth in the Toowoomba training market, we are now looking to attract into the college a trainer with outstanding training credentials and a commitment and passion for the Children's Services industry. The role will be to deliver centre based training in Toowoomba. You will have total management of the student learning experience and mentor students with on the job assessment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This will require 'above the call of duty' support and a focus on continual improvement whilst aiming to exceed student expectations at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver to trainees and apprentices CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care training and assessment in a network of established ELC's
- Workplace assessment
Essential Criteria:
- Trainer/Assessor must be aligned with our company values - Professionalism, Team, Quality, Trust and WOW our students!
- Must have experience with conducting centre based training with track record of student satisfaction and results
- Ability to prepare curriculum for delivery (structured engaging lesson plans a key) and assessment in class and in Childcare centres, with a 'laser sharp' focus on the needs of the student at all times
- Be known for excellence in training and have an established network of Directors within ELC's across Toowoomba
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40110)
