Work Type:Full-Time – 12 month contract (with possible extension)

Holyoake is seeking a motivated person to drive our award-winning DRUMBEAT Quest software into schools across Australia and globally. The candidate needs to demonstrate a passion for advocating resilience, respect and understanding amongst young people.
About the role:
DRUMBEAT Quest® is a game-based social and emotional development program designed to fulfil requirements of the national curriculum. We are seeking a candidate with sales, marketing and IT skills combined with education sector experience to promote and sell DRUMBEAT Quest® via our Social Change Partner strategy.
In this role you will:
- Develop your understanding of the DRUMBEAT Quest® program
- Recruit, train and manage our Social Change Partners
- Self-manage meetings, presentations, negotiations and installations in schools.
- Provide customer service and IT support to current and potential customers.
- Build positive relationships with existing stakeholders and expand the DRUMBEAT Quest® marketing database.
- Advocate for social and emotional development within the Australian school curriculum.
Job Requirements:
To be successful in applying for this role you will be able to meet all elements of the selection criteria, including but not limited to:
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Education, Communications, Marketing or similar)
- Demonstrated experience in an education setting and an understanding of the national curriculum and school budgeting processes.
- Established networks and understanding of decision-making processes within the education sector.
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written, verbal and presentation.
- Ability to work unsupervised, within a team and with excellent time management.
