Essential Criteria
- Bachelor of Education Early Childhood
- Exceptional knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, NQF and NQS
- Must be able to confidently work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Excellent written & verbal skills
- Ability to document children's learning
- Previous experience in ECT role desirable
Key Responsibilities
- You will be working in the pre-school room
- Assisting children with their daily routines.
- Delivering school readiness programs
- Documentation of childrens learning
- You will be there to guide, support & mentor fellow educators
- Building relationships with children & families
