Your Opportunity
Second Step is a program that supports students transition between Primary and Secondary school.
We are seeking A Project Worker (Facilitator) to facilitate our program in in the City of Greater Shepparton.
- Assist students in the transition to Secondary school through the delivery of lessons.
- Identify participant welfare issues and refer to the nominated school representative
- Develop strong, effective and consultative working relationships with internal staff
- Attend and participate in relevant formal and informal network opportunities
Position Requirements
- Relevant experience working in Community Services and Education/Training sectors
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications and/or experience
- Experience in group facilitation
- Proven track record of developing collaborative stakeholder relationships
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
