About your next role
As we continue on our path of growth, excellence and evolution we are excited to expand our Training and Development team and have you join us as in our newly introduced role of Instructional Designer.
Reporting to the National Training & Development Manager, you will take the lead role in designing and developing content to support learning projects across product knowledge, sales and customer experience and soft skills ensuring learner retention and engagement. Additionally, you will work with the wider training team to continually identify learning needs and evaluate training materials so it continues to be relevant to learning objectives.
About you
Your previous 3+ years’ experience in learning design and content development will form the foundation of your success at MFG. Positive, professional, passionate, confident and organised- these are the qualities that come to mind when others think of you.
Coming from either an instructional or educational design background, you are an expert in design/e-learning and delivering blended learning solutions both face to face and virtually. Exceptional written communication skills aligned to adult learning principles goes without saying! You have also previously designed leadership development programs and of course have had experience with an LMS.
